The Painted Pug® offers personalized and whimsical gifts and décor for any occasion. Whether you are looking for a fun pair of earrings for a night out or a special wedding or housewarming gift, we have something for everyone.

Like many small businesses, The Painted Pug® started as a hobby. I needed a creative outlet and a project to work on after a stressful day at my corporate job. I've "tinkered" for many years with different ideas and projects. In 2019, with an idea and a very small space in our Chicago condo, The Painted Pug® was officially started and has now grown into a full-time operation because of our love from our customers.

The Painted Pug® is a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, registered LLC in the state of Illinois, Accredited by the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois and member of our local Chain of Lakes Chamber of Commerce. 

We specialize in personalized home decor, drinkware, accessories, and of course, EARRINGS! All of our items are handmade and shipped from our studio in northern Illinois. Because of the support from our loyal customers, I have been able to create jobs in our community and now have a small team of women that help make and ship your orders from our studio in Lake Villa, Illinois.
