All items are designed and finished in our Illinois studio. We also carefully source some base materials and components from trusted suppliers worldwide, then customize and package everything by hand to ensure quality and care.

Most orders are made and ship within 1–5 business days. Typical delivery times vary on where you live. Expect 3-7 days for delivery after your item has shipped. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way! If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note on the order and we will try our best to accommodate.

Yes! We use hypoallergenic stainless steel hardware in all our earrings to help keep sensitive ears happy. The gold earwires have a gold plating over the stainless steel.

Yes, we accept returns on non-personalized items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
